if we see/found or got notice regarding abuse / scam then we will suspend your domain and demand video kyc.

video kyc after 5 mint your domain will live , if we not got any kyc from you then your domains still stay on hold. we cant pass kyc without valid proof.

Cancellation Process.

You may terminate or cancel the Services from the control panel (cp). If you cancel the Services, you are obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation. If you request to suspend or cancel your customer account, your access to the control panel will be suspended and you will not be able to access the billing system to renew products or services or to update your account information. However, you will continue to have access to use the Services purchased until the end of your prepaid term.

Account / Service Termination

You can cancel your account from the Control Panel or you can also cancel the order you have placed. If You request the suspension or cancellation of your Customer Account. The service received by us as per your request will be suspended and you will have no control over that service. If you suspend your Customer Account, you will no longer have control over your Account. Your currently offered services will be canceled.
